Having trawled through the vast expanse of the Internet looking at countless Wordpress Themes sites, here is a list of my favourite places to download themes.

First off the rank has to be the Wordpress site itself:

I like the list at Smashing Magazine: it does include a lot of my favourite wordpress themes, and they have a lot of great content; for example: their CSS section.
